Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to the Sonic Soul Studio website, client portal, and interactions through them. A project-specific quote, order confirmation, or service-specific terms may supplement these terms or override them in case of conflict.

2. Account and Sign-In

The client portal may require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for appropriate activity on your account. If you use Google sign-in, it is used to identify the user and manage access.

3. Orders, Quotes, and Payments

• Service scope, schedule, and price are defined by the accepted quote, package, order confirmation, or other written agreement.
• Payment terms are agreed when placing an order. Late payment may affect work progress or delivery handover.
• Taxes, fees, and third-party costs are handled according to the quote or order.

4. Client Materials

You confirm that you have the right to provide any text, images, recordings, videos, logos, brand materials, and other assets to Sonic Soul Studio for processing. You must not provide material that infringes another party's rights or violates the law.

5. Deliverables and Rights

Once the agreed payment has been made, the client receives the agreed usage rights to the final approved deliverables. Sonic Soul Studio retains rights to its own working methods, drafts, tools, templates, and background materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sonic Soul Studio may use publicly released final work as references unless agreed otherwise.

6. Approval and Changes

The client is responsible for providing feedback within the agreed schedule. Changes beyond the agreed scope may be priced separately before work continues.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the website and client portal available reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be updated, changed, or interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sonic Soul Studio is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profit, business interruption, or disruption of third-party services, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiation.
